They can be served salted and broiled or poached in a pot and so forth.

Their sticky eggs taste delicious and are popular as well.

ハタハタは11月から12月にかけ、秋田県や周辺地域でとれます。

塩焼きや鍋などで食べます。

粘り気のある卵もおいしく人気です。
