【旅行】福岡小郡市にある”かえる寺”如意輪寺🐸 【TRAVEL】Kaeru ( frog ) temple in Ogori city in Fukuoka Japan

 テレビの紹介番組を以前見ていたので、いつか行ってみたいなぁと思っていたところ、

子どもの試合がこのお寺がある小郡市で開催されたので、思いがけず立ち寄ることが出来ました。

いたるところに、かえる、カエル、蛙が並んでて、どれも愛らしいものばかりでした。

パンプレットには

”世界中から1万匹を超えるカエルが大集合！” 日々の生活の中で、この「あいうえお」を実践してください。 そして貪（むさぼり）・瞋（いかり）・癡（愚痴）の三毒をやめ、 煩悩の草を取り除きましょう。 「楽」に草が生えると「薬」です。薬や医者に頼らねばなりません。 煩悩の草を取り払って、健康で楽しい幸せな人生を送りましょう。 あー安眠 いー色気 うー運動 えー笑顔 おーおしゃれ

と記載されてます。

有名な？かえるの輪を潜る作品が二箇所にあり。

金色のカエルの方をくぐると、

”大きく開いた口の中をくぐると悪いことが良いことに変わる？”のようです。

カップルを呼び込むハートのアーチもありました。

後は、圧巻の風鈴たち！
ネットには、2500個あるとの情報。
例年7月から9月の期間限定”風鈴祭り”との事

風に揺られて、ときには激しく蝉が鳴くように思えました。

お寺に隣接して、お菓子屋さんなどもあり、観光客だけでなく、地元の人でも賑わっている感じです。

Famous? There are two works of art where you have to go through a circle of frogs.

If you go through the one with the golden frog, it is believed that

"When you go through the wide open mouth, bad things turn into good things?" 

There was also a heart arch to attract couples.

And then there were the stunning wind chimes!

The internet says there are 2,500 wind chimes.

"wind bell festival" will be held from July to September every year.

It seemed as if the cicadas were chirping, sometimes violently, as they swayed in the wind.

Adjacent to the temple, there is a sweets shop, and it seems to be crowded not only with tourists but also with locals.
